Description :
Fast, powerful, and relaxed, the Numbered Fighting system uses entire
body strength behind every technique. It is foundation for all northern
martial art styles including Tai Chi, Hsing-I, and Bagua.
The
Ten Fighting Methods
- Cannon
Fist: To fire a punch straight both vertically and horizontally.
- Raining
Fist: Circular hammer motions like a whip from high and low.
- Grabbing
Fist: Trapping the hand or limb to make an opening to attack.
- Sweeping
Fist: Trips, sweeps, throws, and pushes.
- Locking
Fist: Lock, capture, seize, and break an opponents limbs.
- Attack
from Ground: Rolls, falls, kicking from ground, and evading.
- Crossing
Fist: Crossing, twisting, springing power from one side to
other.
- Attack
and Evade: Covers distances quickly, to attack or avoid an
opponent.
- Plum
Flower Fist: Chops and blocks in a circular spinning motion.
- Flying
Kicks: Jump, hop, kick, using body momentum and multiple leg
attacks.
History
:
Originally from Taoist/Buddhist "Wu" Temple this the "Ma" family
version or style of Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. The "Ma" family were
well off and known for their generosity and kindness, as well martial
art skills, having been undefeatable for generations.
